Soul to Soul
Resort.
A hospitality concept built around connection, with a lobby, villa and spa each designed to support a different kind of shared experience.
Modern travellers can stay in the same destination while remaining disconnected from one another, the local culture and the surrounding environment.
Soul to Soul explores how hospitality design can create natural opportunities for guests to meet, participate and build meaningful connections without making those interactions feel forced.
From an individual stay to a shared experience.
Contemporary lifestyles are becoming increasingly individual. At the same time, many people are searching for belonging, personal growth and communities built around shared interests.
What it meant, and what we decided.
What It Meant
The resort needed to provide more than accommodation and conventional amenities. It required carefully designed experiences that could help guests connect with themselves, meet other people and discover the culture and natural character of the destination.
What We Decided
Connection became the central idea behind the guest journey. Different touchpoints were designed to support personal choice, shared activities, cultural discovery and different levels of social interaction — from arrival to departure.
The Result
Connection becomes a physical part of the hospitality experience, not an abstract idea left to chance.
Spaces where connection becomes part of the stay.
The Lobby
During check-in, guests select an object representing one of their interests. The object connects them to relevant activities, local places and other guests through the digital Soul Net. Seating is arranged to make informal conversation and eye contact more natural.
The Villa
Adaptable tables, creative activities and different seating configurations support several ways of using the space. Guests can spend time alone, participate in small conversations or gather as a larger group.
The Spa
Soft modular forms, natural materials, shared seating and sensory elements create a slower, more peaceful environment — allowing people to relax individually while still feeling connected to the surrounding community and nature.
